Gathering information from relevant sources is very crucial, for you to be successful in your assignments.
For this, you may have to spend a lot of time with others in discussions and asking questions.
Do you know that there is a right way and a wrong way to ask questions? Asking the right question is rather a difficult skill.
When you ask questions in the right way, you not only get right answers, but also save unpleasant fall-outs as result of wrong questions.
I have prepared a PPT presentation (attached as a pdf file)which I intend to use in my forth-coming training program. Please view it and comment.
Thanks

Your presentation is indeed an eye opener. Sometime people in the organization tend to disregard this concept and silently members are drawing away from such queries. Our questions should be screen to have a positive impact and to get a clearer/desirable answer. After all, we need to build a HOME and construct a HOUSE together even in our workplace. Thank you,
