Good Morning HR Friends, I am working as an Asst. HR for a BPO company, and management has asked me to implement a dress code policy. Can anyone please share the dress code policy as per IT/BPO standards?

You can follow this with some changes accordingly. All employees are requested to follow the following dress code:
Monday to Friday:
For Male Employees: Business casuals like a shirt/polo-shirt, trousers, and shoes with socks (no sports or canvas shoes).
For Female Employees: Same as above will be applicable. They can also alternatively wear saris, salwar, kurta, etc.
For Saturdays:
Shirt/t-shirt, trouser/jeans, and shoes/sports shoes/canvas shoes or the same as Monday to Thursday. Slippers/sandals are not allowed for men on any of the days while in the office, with the exception in case of any medical problem in the feet.
