I am new to this field. I am working in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Recently, we hired a senior manager for a CTC of 6.6 lakh. Please help me find the best combination for the CTC of ₹6,60,000 (6.6 Lakh) that would be beneficial for both the employee and the employer (to minimize tax implications).
