I look for a gentleman or woman who knows work or is willing to learn quickly. Diploma and MBA are two different courses.
MBA vs. Diploma
- MBA: 2 years
- Diploma: Can be completed in 3-6 months maximum or may take longer. If the college is good, you'll learn more in an MBA. Whereas, a diploma is more helpful for those with work experience, who can grasp the subject and implement it.

Study and Implementation Advice
My free suggestion would be: Study well, achieve good grades, and try to implement what you have learned. Most people studying or working today are money-oriented; few apply their education effectively.
Personal Experience
In my life example: I have completed a double degree in marketing. There are people working with me who have a single degree. The difference between me and them is that I give more importance to after-sales service, believing that references make it easier to secure another sale (as education has taught me that service is crucial to clients). On the other hand, others simply sell the product, receive payment, and then redirect queries to reception or a board number (imagine how negatively this can be perceived).
I am not suggesting that all double degree holders work like me; I am referring to those who have learned something valuable from their college education. Sometimes, it is work experience and our bosses that teach us these lessons, not just colleges and books.
Conclusion
Do not get confused about what to study or not to study. Whatever you are studying, strive to become a guru in that area. Good luck for the future, and don't forget to smile!
