Hi All I have 60000 variable pay . And I have completed my 1 year in company but they dnt even talk about the variable pay. how to get that .... and how to get appraisal

I am unable to understand why we can't spell out our problem, giving all the inputs at the time of asking the query. Why do members have to waste their precious time re-enquiring about the inputs? Is it because the site HR does not charge anything and the service is free? You will appreciate that it is really frustrating and does not reflect well on a professional.

Variable pay will be given based on your individual performance and company performance. If your performance is good but the overall company performance is not satisfactory, how will the company pay the variable pay? You can directly ask your management about this; they will provide clarity.
