Hi, I'm currently working on a case study of a company involved in Mineral Processes. To help you understand, let me provide a brief introduction to this company's operations.

The company imports large mineral stones from other countries. These stones are processed and ground to produce a fluffy powder, which is then supplied to manufacturers of paint, ink, and paper.

Their Research and Development (R&D) department is performing well, and they are carrying out Quality Control (QC) effectively. However, despite these strengths, the company lacks a clearly defined structure and a well-managed Supply Chain Management (SCM) department.

I require guidance on developing the reporting structure for this organization.

Referencing my last posts, after my work, I've prepared an organizational structure of this mineral processing company. I have attached the structure for your review. Please let me know if there is any need for improvement.

Regards,
