Dear Seniors,

Greetings of the day...

Please tell me the difference between the designations "Management Trainee HR" and "Trainee HR." What should be the required qualifications for both designations?

I'll be highly grateful for the guidance.

Regards,
Sanchita

Dear Sanchita,

The designation of Trainee HR is given to those candidates who have just graduated, and after their confirmation, they are confirmed as Officer/Jr. Officer. On the other hand, the Management Trainee designation is given to candidates who have completed their MBA, and later they are confirmed as Asst. Manager/Executive/Sr. Executive.

Any candidate who joins as Trainee HR or Management Trainee undergoes a one-year training period. The stipend or salary offered differs in both cases. The stipend and designation also vary from company to company based on their recruitment policies and procedures. However, what I have stated above represents the industry standard.
