Hi All,
Please help me by providing an internal office memo regarding my company's plan to start implementing the issuance of new employee IDs for all staff members. Employees are required to carry their IDs every day to work. Failure to do so or loss of the badges will result in consequences.
Thank you in advance.

Identification Cards
On the first day of employment, a photo-bearing identification card is issued by the HR Department to each employee. The card, which is used as a building and dining room pass, as well as for cashing checks, should be available for presentation during working hours or, in some cases, worn for easy identification.
All cards have an expiration date at the end of the year. It is the responsibility of the department head to ensure that a new tamper-proof tab with the updated expiration date is placed on each card.
The card is the property of the company. When an employee resigns, if possible, it should be collected by the HR Department at the exit interview and replaced by a temporary card that expires on the last day of employment. However, the supervisor should ensure that the permanent card is collected and returned to the HR Department.
An employee who reports a lost card is issued a Temporary Identification Card to use as a cafeteria pass and for cashing checks (checks must be initialed by an officer in the individual's department).
After seven business days have passed, and the supervisor has confirmed that the card is lost, a replacement may be requested through a memorandum to the HR Department explaining the loss and signed by both the employee and supervisor.
Identification cards must be shown to the guard on duty when entering company buildings and individual departments, when required.
Best regards,
John
