I am an HR recruiter with 5 months of experience in an IT company. I am now very interested in learning ESI, EPF, and payroll administration processes. What are the basic initial steps I should focus on to start learning the above-mentioned processes? Can anyone list out or suggest the steps I need to take to ensure effective learning? Each HR professional has a different style of learning, so please point out which style or pattern of learning would help me gain the most knowledge about ESI, EPF, and payroll processes.

I have looked through various downloads on Cite HR, but I found that all the PowerPoint presentations and documents are lengthy and vague, rather than concise. Could you please provide a comprehensive guide for learning ESI, PF, benefits, and payroll processes that would be helpful for all freshers? Kindly share the documents or guide us for a successful career.
