Dear jitu,
in all of first check your coverage letter of your compny if your company registred according head office address. than write a letter to PF deptt. our company address has been shifted from here to there write befor add. and now write new.
this is an information bcoz when any letters, slip,and notice issued by pf deptt. you can received easly and will touch with deptt.
