Below is a small activity that will not only help you celebrate employees' birthdays but also add a little fun to motivate your employees.
MORALE BOOSTER: Birthday Treasure Hunt
When it's someone's birthday at work, everybody can have fun when you create a treasure hunt for the birthday person.
HOW TO CREATE YOUR TREASURE HUNT!
Create 5 notes - each with clues on where to find the next note. On the 5th note, write the final clue on where the gift is hidden. Five different people can each write a clue. Be creative. You can write clues in the form of poems, questions, etc. Don't make the clues too hard (or too easy) and have one or two hints ready for each clue in case they are needed.
Hand the birthday person an envelope with the first clue. He or she will then search for the rest of the clues that will lead to the final clue and the birthday present. Everyone will have fun watching the birthday celebrant as he or she hunts for the treasure!
