hi Jasmeet,
You are quite right! For frehsers specially in HR domain, jobs are hard to find despite a market boom..I am also got a job as HR Executive in a construction company in kolkata few month back and let me say very candidly it was due to one my senior in same company on very good post..So i will advice you all to do maintain a good touch with your seniors in your area.
don't be dishearted..Keep trying.and u will find very soon lady luck will make a good smile on you.

Hi Jasmeet,
I can very well understand your problem and situation. I'm facing the same. Please utilise your campus placements(if any) to the hilt. I can tell you from experience that campus placement is the best and easiest way to recruitment for a fresher in HR.
Do keep trying and do keep your chin up. With persistence and perseverance you will get a good job.
Good Luck!!
