Hi, thanks for sharing. However, if a sample PA is provided, it will be clearer how the PA could apply in a real working environment and provide an in-depth understanding. It is more useful for academic purposes. Nevertheless, with the guidelines and basic info, it will help those new HR personnel to think about how to improve their current PA system.

Attached are 2 graphic rating scale methods for reference. Please provide comments if there are any areas for improvement. Keep up the good work.
