Dear all,
Ways to Become an Effective Recruiter:
- Always try to remember the name of your candidate.
- Whenever somebody comes to you for a job, have a patient hearing to understand his likes & dislikes in terms of his job.
- Don't shatter his hopes, as he would have come to your company with lots of hopes.
- Once he is placed, keep in touch with him to see if the person has settled in the new place.
- Always smile to make your candidates comfortable.
- Always post remarks on the profile after going through it.
- Empathize with him, never sympathize.
What do you think of my views? Let me know.
Love you guys! :P

Hi,
I would like to add to this information on "How to become an effective recruiter?" There is a course available called Certified Recruitment Analyst, which is a workshop that can help you understand how to become a successful recruiter.
Consider looking into that!
