I am having some issues with the attached file.
1. What are balance variables?
2. Suppose the gross salary is 15,000, and a 12% PF deduction from the employee's account should be 7,500 * 12% = 900. However, in the attached file, it is showing 780.
Please clarify my doubts.
Note: 6,500 (PF will be 780 on the employee's side / 239 on the employer's side and 541 for the bonus). Similarly, the basic 7,500 will be 900 on the employee's side / 359 PF from the employer's side and 541 for the bonus.
