Can you tell me for which company he is working? And what made him get selected for that company? Though the language is funny, there are many people who are not good at English but have excellent academic and other skills required to deliver the job at best. After reading this, I thought if the person is really working for a Level 5 company with such English, then he would definitely become an inspirational story for others. Maybe he had learned some skills that helped him reach that position. The reason could be anything. I request you to provide me with more details that were asked at the beginning, if you have them.
Anyways, thanks for posting such a letter. Just trying to look at the other side of the person.
