Hello sir, My Sales manager is a B.com graduate and he is 42 now. He has been in our company for 8+ years now. He is now thinking of a change of job to advance his career especially looking forward to work in Corporates. For that he needs to do an MBA that would qualify him to join in such companies. In this regard, I need your valuable suggestion on which branch in MBA can possibly complement his previous qualification and experience and also industry demanded. (like HR, Marketing, Finance etc.,) Is it good doing Marketing since he has already been in sales? Besides,he is working so he considers HR to be ideal for him since it would not entail that much complex subjects as in Finance. Appreciate your response.

its advisable to opt for executive MBA's from some reputed 1st tier college. HR specialization doesnot mean that you only have to study HR subject only.It would cover all subjects but emphasis would be given to HR.
And as an sales manager it would be better for him to study marketing
