well i show your ppt -quiet informative
it should be borne that if we dont do comprehensive work to prevent dangue
there future is quiet is alarming
present first attack simple dangue
next second attack may induce haemorrhagic type meaning more complicated out come
my tips
dont get panic if dangue detected
watch for warning sign
blood pressure un stable
low pulse pressure
pain in abdomen
vomiting
tachycardia
haemorrhagic -platelet monitioring
bp test for petechie-applying midway bp appartus
look for petechie
any epitaxis,rash,petechie,haematemesis
if dangue positive
all you need to have regular observation for above points
most of will recover -only few needs admission for observation
and very few requires intensivecare specially when ist attack
