I am working as HR person and works in Delhi based company.
I want your great ideas on Salary Bifurcation and monthly statutory bonus payment.
Our existing salary calculations are following:-
Employee Name--Basic---HRA---Conveyance All.--Medical All.--Others All.--Gross Salary---EPF---ESIC----Net salary
Vinod Kumar----14806---00--------00------------------00-------------00-------------14806/--------1777---112------12917/- (Based On Unskilled Minimum Wages)
Gurpreet kaur----15000----00------00------------------00-------------2924---------17924/---------1800---135-----15989/- (Based on Skilled Minimum Wages)
Devesh Ch--------23200---11600---1600---------------1250-----------17566--------55216/---------2784---00------52432/-
Pls suggest me that is our bifurcation ok as per minimum wage act and pf calculation.
I am sure minimum wages considered the gross salary not only basic, this is also doubtful pls let me suggest.
Can we pay Bonus as per bonus act on monthly basis within the salary, pls suggest the right way on this.
I will really appreciate your valuable suggestions on my query. pls help me out.
