Please do help me on the query as below.

Our's is majority of field sales work force model. Wherein, can we link some part / few components like other allowances of employee salary to monthly performance? Means, if employee cannot able to achieve atleast the minimum performance allocated, is there any option to implement pay cut by taking some portion of salary into one performance linked component?
What are the labour & legal implications of the same. How come statutory calculations can be managed in this regard of variable gross salary month on month.
