Dear All,

My self Narayana. A, two months back I have joined in small consultancy as operations manager HR department, first one month I was observing the company work process & procedures. From second month I started taking care of south India operations starting from Recruitment to exit formalities of all the employees.

This consultancy doesn't have proper policies & it's not well organized. I am handling payroll first time in this company. unfortunately I have done small mistakes while processing payroll first time, then reporting manager(director) was very rude, I was scolded very badly & he was using very wrong words. for sending one small mail also I should get the confirmation from reporting manager (or) senior person. and also one more thing I want to share they have not given me offer letter hardcopy, no induction, no proper training in-terms of my roles & responsibilities & also they do not have proper work culture & they are using their own language(Kannada) when they all in work place.

In soft copy offer letter they have mentioned that I have to sign two years non-confidentiality agreement, but still they have not given me the hardcopy of agreement & I have not signed any agreement.

Finally I have decided not to work & it's not good for my career also. I don't want to mention this two months experience in my profile.

I request all active members in cite HR, please suggest what should I do further.
