Friend who had saved the life once knows how to save the old lady. Don’t bother about her. Take the perfect one with you in the car.

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
2. An old friend who once saved your life.
3. The perfect man (or) woman you have been dreaming about.
1. I could take the old lady in my car, as a gesture of saving a senior citizen.. but I can't leave two people in that storm.
2. I could go away with the dream partner, but I cannot leave the old lady in that situation.
3. I could give the lift to my old friend (male/female), but can't leave two ladies on the streets.
So, I prefer my old friend to take that old lady to save her and I will stay with my partner because I am sure that I will definitely become the shelther for her/him. I really can't expect this shelter part from them if I take any of the other two away from there.

I would prefer to ride "The perfect man (or) woman you have been dreaming about."
In view of HR point- No 1 is net potential for the Company, & no 2 is old one & he is friend. A friend always not be potential for the Company.

Hi,
Our dream girl is in a bus stop. We can give the car to her and admit the old lady. Till then we can speak with our friend. Then it is a chance to save our friend life. Because he spent more time in the bus stop.

Hi friends
This is a HR site, what so ever type of question asked about, we all must reply the way any HR can.
So I fully agree with Mr. Akram85.
Old lady need the job very badly but she doesn't deserve because she is about to loose her life/years of service already.
The old friend is a symbol of some reference so as a good HR you should refuse /ignore the references.
The lady/boy of your dreams shows that he/she is a right choice for the Job, just pick him/her.
The interview panel was of wise HR persons who were in search of a true HR person who always thinks in the way an HR should think, not in an emotional way. They were giving the indications of the employee profile by different situations. Do not go by their words just understand their meanings. So they are right in asking this question and I and Akram are right with our answer.
YEHI HAI RIGHT CHOICE BABY! AAHHAA !
