What are the minimum days required to gain eligibility for paid leave? Earlier it used to be days. Is there any changes in the same. If yes then from when and can I get a copy of that change

The time line for eligibility of leave is ideally defined by the shop & establishement of the state for establishment other than factories. For factories, it is defined by factories act. You shall refer any of the documents based on type of your organization.
