My company don't release salary & doc. of any employee when they leave organization with properly spending their notice period in company. They ask that they will provide all doc & salary after 45 days when you leave the company. But they never do same whatever they are asking & whatever mentioned in Appointment letter.

When any employee leave a company after successfully completing their notice period they didn't provide a single thing (experience letter, salary slip, clearance letter)

A number of the employee who left before 1 year they are still waiting for their salary and even they didn't give a leave in Notice Period even if you are not well or hospitalised.

They ask girls to sit overnight and work. They didn't took any responsibility of that girl, even they did not provide cab facility. HR of that company prepare their own rules at a time. Also harass a girl to continue their job and misbehave with his or her family.

Dear Navkaur,
This issue you need to highlight with your nearest labor office and also if required then you can go to civil or labor court for harassment charges with required documentation and evidence.
