First identify potential colleges in terms of good score.
Talk to the Placement Officer and pass on your requirement.
Discuss with your Technical Team and arrive at qualifying % of mark till the last semester to appear for your test.
Based on your Company requirement plan for written test and GD (if necessary)
Prepare a PPT presentation and present the same at the college before the commencement of the test.
Be prepared to issue offer letter on the spot for students selected.
