Dear Roshni,
MBA in HR is most valued today in market. Regular are given weightage, but Executive pragrams, certifcate programs are also given weightage if you have good HR practical experience. Weilenkars is a reputed institute, so no problems. Go ahead if it suits your pocket.
However, certain key skills are in demand in HR like, Compensation planning and Design, Writing JD KRA and KPI , Benefits Planning etc, are an inthink and apart from what you are doing. Hence I had suggest SHRM India HR NExt is best course for you. Little expensive, but go for it. It's more practical. Take it from me, you will benefit and also get good jobs, if you further work on getting certification like CCP, CBP, GRP, HRM, HRM certification.
Hope thisis helpful.
