Hi All, One of our ex-employee is requesting an HR letter regarding Form 16 Part A and 26 AS for Ay 20-21, it is evidenced that for one Quarter ie Q2, there is a gap, (mentioning Joining and relieving Date from the company) for the service period. Kindly help me with the details to be mentioned in the letter.

You cannot generate form 16 (both Part A and Part B) manually but the same has to be downloaded from the site of the Income Tax authorities. 26AS can be downloaded by the employee himself from the website of Income Tax.
