Respected Seniors
I am pursuing final year MBA in a very good B-School . Very recently i sat for my placements , i was thru in all the process like Writing skills, Group Discussion but in the final round ie Personal Interview i lost .
The various question asked to me are
Why did you choose HR?
HR is a thankless job why you want to take a job on it?
Even staff level managers can do the work of an hr so why do we need a separate department for it?
My Back Ground is B.E - E.E.E so they asked my Why B.E & MBA?
the answers that i gave was not satisfactory for the interviewer
my respected seniors can you please give me some ideas oh how to provide them with satisfactory answers
