Delegation is transfer/relinquish some power to your subordinates. Depends upon the nature of the job. delegation can be made with responsibility and accountability too.
You can try this to develop your subordinate/ successor.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is S.Lakshmi Priya .i was worked as a HR Executive in a private company from March 2011 to August 2012.Due to some personal issues i left from there.now im seeking a job.before that i want to update the skills & knowledge in HR field.(Payroll,Statutory complíances,employee benifits, etc..).so i decide to do the HR course (Duration 1 or 2 months) in best institute.
Can you please give some advice /tips about that..
if i have to do the course,which institute is best in chennai
