Hi All,
We are planning to start a Call Center & BPO.
Can anybody suggest me,
1. How and from where to obtain a license ?
2. What are the requirements for a license ?
3. Any other "leagal" formalities ?
4. How and where to reach to get the projects?
5. Does BPO and Call center needs to have seperate licences?
I was doing freelancer work for a BPO firm and would like to start one of my own, So kindly provide the details for the same.
