Is this cards can be used by them at their location or we have register them in their local area ESIC office. If we have to register them in the local area ESIC. What will be the procedures. how it will be done. please guide me the way from begining to last.

Hi! Manmath
When ever you fill the form for ESIC for individual employee you need to take the details of the Hospitals were the ESIC cards can be used in their area. That way the ESIC cards would be useful to them.

Dear Manmath,
You need to obtain sub code for all your branches covered under the scope of act(Applicability of ESIC into perticular area/city)
The process of getting IP nos. from respective Local office to be arranged
The copy of RC to be submmited to respective Regional Office of the ESIc as to enable your employee to get the benifits from scheme
It is advisable to submitt/deposite contrbution to respective branches to avoid complication later.
Hope this would suffice to resolve your issue.
