Hi All,
Most of the present companies are facing this problem. And as an HR this is a major and key challenge. if you are based at Hyderabad then why don't organize an In-House training programs. we have M/s. IL&FS, M/s Management Study Center & M/s English World. the first two institutes can also organize the sessions if you are based outside HYD. they will come nay where in India and conduct programs. Coming on to English World it should be clarified. the owner of this institute will set ILTES paper. and very good for basic English, voice accent etc are too good with them.
regards

Hi All,
Most of the present companies are facing this problems. And as an HR this is the major and key challenge to make the employees at least basic English. If you based at Hyderabad you can approach M/s English World @ Clock Towers Secunderabad. The owner of this institute will set ILTES paper. Their concept is too good they teach basic grammar, English, pronunciation, Voice accent, voice modulation etc. M/s. Management Study Center & M/s IL&FS are also there who do similar kind of training sessions. They do In-house training programs throughtout India at our own premises.

Hi,
The main reason that many people don't speak in English is because they feel that they are not good enough or because they lack confidence. So, the most important thing to do would be to create an environment where people don't feel bad about communicating in English.
I would suggest that you conduct some sort of training or workshop for your employees. Also, you could set apart an hour or so in a week and have some presentations within teams. This will give the people enough confidence to communicate in English.
For example, if you have a sales team, you could ask one or two of them to make a presentation about the product/competitors etc... This would help them understand their work better and also give them confidence to speak.

Hi,
Several Companies face this challenge and this could be attributed to the focus on domain/technical skills during the recruitment process and often the 'other skills' are overlooked due to pressure of achieving hiring targets.
