This is really a moving story. A manager must know how and when to appreciate his employees, only then full productivity can be expected.

This is really a down to earth message....
Most parents are pampering their children thinking that it will help them..but it will really doing a spoil game on them.
It is high time for us to re-look in to the nurturing of kids..
Thank you for the message..

Hi Roshni,
Really Appreciable & Different. We all have read various stories for moral boosting & things to follow but this is the most different one I have gone through since ages. That's exactly what we must do. Good things takes time to nuture & that has to be done when you're a sapling!
Best Wishes!!

Very True...

Today I had conducted one interview for a 3 year of experienced candidate.

His mother was still working as maid servant and father has temporary workmen.

I asked him..why he still allows his mother to work as maid, when he and his brother is working in company and can support family..

He replied... that due to inflation... his mother is working..

I cant believe that a son is OK... if his mom is watching utensils of others...even after they are grown up.

I would like to share some of my own incidence.... my father had left us in my school days.. and I have my elder sister and mother.

I had started doing work when I was in 10th Standard of paper checking of classes... and i have never allowed my mother to do any work not even taking up tuitions.

I used to take tuitions @ homes... and complete my studies...my first salary was Rs. 150/- per month...ofcourse my sister also started working after TYB Com

It was very very tough times... at times we had nothing to eat...

My only dream was to honour my mother, My mama & Mummy... in stage..

and I had done it.. by scoring 81% in TYB Com... and they were honoured by my classes.. with trophy and my gifts

Even now I feel very happy..when I think of that...

We should always respect our parents...............

Secondly the parents who are growing their children in a manner that they fulfill their requirement before their childern ask for it, would also be leading their childern to the "Entitlement People" in the society.
Thanks again for the thoughts.

Really heart touching!
I wish evey manager should know the value of team members, individually and collectively, treat them like a useful and valuable member of his own family. They can become assets in entirety if you lend protective hand for them.
