Dear All respected members,
Gone thru all the members on the point in issue. Education is knowledge in substance. Training is implementation of the knowlege and its refinement in tune with the ground realities. Secondly, Studying Law in Law College is imparting about various Laws. Whereas legal practice is application of those laws. That is substantial and procedural. Training is imparting learning skills while on the job .Both are two sides of the same coin but meaning varies.
regards,
Yours,

The word Education comes from the word Educere which implies to draw out what is already in which would involve an element of training which is defined as developing attitudes, skills and knowledge for the job. According to this definition, there is no point sending certain people to training courses if they don't have it in them which is proved by a study conducted by the Gallup corporation. By this definition at least, Education would imply training of talented people which is a facet of talent management.

TRAINING is craft and skill based. It refers to a person's dexterity and abilities of successfully accomplishing specific, goal-based assignments and tasks.
