Hi,
Dont go for reference.only join hr profile if u think u have interest in hr profile.
Hr seems an easy profile to some people but its a vast concept.
You can join hr profile even if u r non hr background gradually u can enrich your skills and opt for distance courses.
So think wisely.Go through the JD which has been offered to you then take decision.
Good Luck!!!

Dear candidate,
In your query you have mentioned that you have joined in Hr ,have you joined as an executive or manager ,since you have completed your MBA you can very easily understand the management process because all Mba the first year syllabus is the same ,but for handling a portfolio like which you have to enhance people management skills ,you have to spend immense of your time in reading books and articles on various topics related Hr skills, like payroll management ,Esi,staff welfare ,training and counseling it's a vast subject and you need to update your knowledge on the same ,you can
Refer books on hr management and spend good time in the library in learning process which can give you outstanding edge in the industry, Hr management main skills include interviewing, negotiations and planning the staff requirement and implementing cost effective techniques for increasing productivity.
you can participate in one day workshops conducted for improving your skills ,learning sap may make your profile more attractive ,develop good friendship with your team and learn the tactics for managing people , however the field which you have chosen is demanding and people with expertise skills grow good heights and grab industry attention ,if you are planning a career in hr then think of pursue an Mba from reputed university , if you are interested to join one through distance education i can assist for the same,
for any clarification please do not hesitate to write to me –newlife@hotmail.co.in
