Rejoining In bank of Baroda after resignation - Is there any procedure or any condition?

I have worked in govt bank and I have resigned last year due to some personal reasons and got relieved within a month after giving resignation. Is there any procedure or any condition through which I can rejoin again. Please help

Resignation, once accepted and acted upon becomes irrevocable. If you wish to join any job, similar or higher, in the same organization, you can do so provided you meet the minimum standards for fresh recruitment/appointment.
