PROCRASTINATION
Dr. Donald E Wetmore
Sure we ought to plan our day and put the plan into writing. But what
if you don't get started? We procrastinate things to avoid "pain" or
when we sense there is not enough "pleasure". To overcome
procrastination, make an unpleasant task into a game and give
yourself a small reward when it is over.
HOW TO AVOID, DETER, AND STOP PROCRASTINATION?
Most of procrastination is caused because we don't have enough of a
reason to do what needs to be done. Therefore, we don't see the
reward or the purpose and it is easy to avoid and put off.
When we understand how what we plan to do is designed to get us to a
place where we want to be, then procrastination is no longer a
stumbling block.

I have one suggestion on the value of time.
Priorities should be attended to without procrastination :twisted: .
It is said that what is scheduled for the day.. " DO IT NOW " and
what is scheduled for tomorrow.. " DO IT TODAY "
