Dear Friends,
We are sending few employees for external training, as per our policy If someone is sent for training, they have to serve for 2 years for the company, otherwise they will have to reimburse that training cost which includes, travel cost, training fees and cost of Lodging and Boarding. I will request if any member have such Agreement or Indemnity Bond which I can issue to the employee.

Dear Shekar,
Why you want to adapt somebody's agreement. You may make a draft with whatever conditions you wanted to include in the agreement.
We will help you to finalise it. Because the details
are known to you i.e. where you are deputing them for training, what are the skills to be
acquired by them, what is the probable expenditure in each head such as travel cost,
training fee, boarding and lodging charges, is it a routine training, or a specialised training for acquiring any specific skills related to technology, expected performance after
training etc.

Hello dear,
Have you heard this name "Swami Agniwaish" he is pioneer in this field "bonded labour". His organisation name is "Bandhua mukti morcha" their head office is in Delhi on Asif Ali Road. From years he is working in this field. Yes it exist in India and still thousands of minors work as bonded labourers in manufacturing industries like bidi making, carpet making etc.
