Hi all,
I would like to ask your opinion as HR specialists: is it a good idea to make a new ATS in 2020?
My friend and I are thinking about creation of an ATS with features as we think are missing by other services, but we doubt if someone would use it :D
We would like to make a system where single HR freelancers could work with several customers and will have a personal list of 'talents' - hidden database with selected applicants collected during years to close hot position faster. They will have unlimited jobs, lists, tags, companies to handle a huge amount of vacancies. As well as customizable interface and team roles (they will be able to invite and manage teams from different customers).
Another feature is the automation of pipeline: letters by triggers, follow-ups, templates, questionnaires - everything that helps freelancers to handle with routine.
About prices: our idea is to make it free of charge for those who have a small number of applicants in the lists, and ask to pay when users get limits of applicants - in this way we will support small businesses and new freelancers and help them grow.
So, what you think about it? We are only on the first stage, so any your advice will be really helpful.
