Based on our current job structure and analysis of our industry this is what we are doing in our sites in UK - we have made the adjustments for the new cycle.

Let me share our experience in India..
Car Maintainence : Rs 4.75 per km , Rs 350/ m for mtc & Rs 12000/ per annum for tyres & tubes replacement.

Let me share my experience
I have developed and implemented a policy on Car Maintenance & Gas Allowance in my company , for the employees / executives who are using their own vehicles for official purposes . These are mainly marketing personnels and purchase personnels.
The components were
Avg Cost of Petrol and diesel in country , just to neutralise the taxation part.
Past trends a fluctuation in price.
Cost of Lubricants.
Cost of Tyre & Tubes.
Avg.Cost of Service upto 1 lac kilometers.
Cost of depreciation.
Avg. fuel consumption by different vehicles.
Added all these and worked out perkilometer cost.
I hope you will get the answer for your area for immediate and future implementation.
