EPFO Contribution - Basic will be the clubbed with allowance (Except HRA)?

Dear Friends, Can anyone share with me any updates from the PF department? PF contribution will be deducted on 15000 (up to), in case basic + DA is below 15000, then Basic will be the clubbed with allowance (Except HRA)
