I think you are referring to Bonafide certificate which is basically a confirmation certificate confirming the employment /address of the employee. There is no prescribed format for such letters. Just you need to confirm the employee's employment with your company in simple words.. " this is to certify that Mr./Ms.___ is employed with us from..... " and so on. Please try and develop a letter by own to improve your writing skills. we can assist you to correct it if need be.
