Organise Cultural Programme from well-known artiste. Fancy Dress competition for employees, family members, group dance etc., followed by 'Lunch/Dinner' with family members. Also arrange for gifts to all the participants.

I think if there is budget problem in the company so we can collect a very little amount from the employees and conduct the games for employees and distribute pries among them.so that they will feel refresh

In my opinion it is good to celebrate Diwali with your employees, with distributing sweets and gift for family but before it is important to give then a little knowledge abt Diwali celebration, safety of then and their family during firework.

Hi,
Incase, your planning to order lunch for employees on the Diwali occassion. My suggesstion is, you can organise a "POT LUCK", where in each employee can get something prepared from home..be it Home-made lunch or sweets from out. No matter if the quantity is less. When more employees get...its automatically becomes sufficient for all. Its truly fun!!
