I Mohan Babu Naik I have worked for a private company in real estate development for periods of 4 years 10 months. I resigned on 18.01.2023, but the tell date is not cleared fully and final. And I have a leave balance of 63 days. Presently, company HR is saying that they don't have any policies to make leave encashment.

Now it is more than five months since you left the services, you may approach the Labour Officer of the locality and make a complaint against the firm. You shall try to meet the person with all your documents and seek intervention. Merely saying that there is no policy to make payment for leave is not an answer that satisfies.
