Maternity leave if child has expired after 9 days from birth - Can I avail 180 days?

I have covered under Uttar Pradesh govt service rules and I have applied maternity leave on 24/07/19...my baby was born on 09/08/19 and expired on 18/08/19...
Can I avail 180 days maternity leave from 24/07/19?

Yes. in this case delivery has happened and leave admissible is to take care of the employee’s (mother) health. Therefore, you will be eligible to get 26 weeks maternity leave.
