Hi Enke,

The problems/ issues faced in Transitional economy from HR perspectives are:

1. Identifying new skills sets and training

2. Dealing with old economy bred staff who are generally not keen to make a change or learn new things. Its a serious issues for HR and they need to have a sensitivity.

3. PMS - Changing trends and systems

4. Dealing with labour Unions who are resistant to changes as they have their own political agendas or for their own survival.

5. Managing teams comprising of new staff & old staff .

6. Salaries issues.

7. Organizational culture to be in sync with changing times.
