Hello everyone, Please suggest to me the total working hours in a single day in the general shift and A, B, C shifts. Is lunch or Tea break time included in the total working hours? Please advise.

Here the General Shift timing has to kept separate from A,B&C shifts. The A,B&C shift has to be round the clock, 8 hrs each, A shift can start from 7 AM and end at 3 PM, B shift can be from 3 PM to 11 PM and C Shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. (Minor variation in timing by of half an hour is possible) The general shift can be from 9 AM to 5.30 PM. Keep lunch interval for both types of shift at the same otherwise it will be continuing , suggest 12 noon to 12.30 PM. For A,b &C shift lunch, dinner interval is within the shift time while for general shift it can be excluded. In case you are operating in a metro city, then there can be a flexi time with core time from 11.00 AM to 3.30 PM.
