Hi all, I'm working as an HR Generalist in a start-up for the last two years. I'm totally happy with my work and exposure which I have received from my work so far. But a question that keeps hunts me is how I can advance/ develop myself to be in a better position in the next few years. what are the new things I should learn or what the sites I should keep checking to keep abreast of the trend?

For the beginning of your career in HR , working in a start-up company is suffice.
But for advancement in your career in HR, you need to change organization. Try to grab
an opportunity in a manufacturing set-up, as real HR is factory HR.
Once you grow in your career and after enrichment of your professional qualification, you can think of change to Corporate-HR.
