This thread is applicable only to Tamil Nadu. October 31 is the last date to renew our factory license. If you fail to submit the application for renewal before the aforementioned date, there will be a 10% fine up to November 30, a 20% fine up to December 31, and a 30% fine after December 31.
Checklist to submit the application:
- Form 2 in triplicate
- Court fee stamp for 2 Rupees
- List of Directors
- Original factory license
- Demand Draft for the fees
- Rs. 50 for any director changes
- Rs. 50 for name changes
