I have one case in my office. One employee joined five years ago and opted out of the PF facility as his salary is more than ₹25,000. Now, after five years, he has applied to me, expressing his desire to avail himself of the EPF facility again and is ready for the deduction of the EPF amount from his salary (both contributions).
Please guide me. Can we enroll his name in EPF starting this month? And what is the process for the same?
